Sky High sits atop the NuWu Cannabis Marketplace on Las Vegas Paiute Tribe land, two blocks north of Fremont Street. It traces its roots to November 2019, when the Las Vegas Paiute Cannabis Authority opened the Vegas Tasting Room — Nevada’s first legal consumption lounge — and relaunched it in 2023 as the current 16,000 sq ft indoor/outdoor Sky High Lounge, with two dab bars and a rooftop terrace overlooking Fremont Street and the Strip.
The room is package-driven: VIP table packages (Silver Elite, Golden Jackpot, Platinum High Roller) bundle flower, extracts or pre-rolls with bong or dab-rig rentals, and the higher tiers add cannacocktails served in a pitcher. Anything you don’t consume on site is yours to take. Happy hour runs Monday–Wednesday, 4:20–7:10 PM. No alcohol; 21+ with valid ID.
Jurisdiction note: because it’s on tribal land, Sky High operates outside the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board’s authority — the Paiute Tribe regulates it through its own board under a compact with the state. It’s a legitimate, long-running venue, but on a different regulatory footing than the CCB-licensed lounges.
