Standard THC beverages are capped at 5 mg per serving and 10 mg per container (two servings). As of August 1, 2026, Minnesota's new ratio hemp-infused category allows up to 10 mg per serving and 20 mg per container, provided the drink is balanced with non-intoxicating cannabinoids like CBD, CBG, CBN, or CBC. Every product is lab-tested and labeled with its exact THC content.
Registered bars and restaurants may sell and serve for consumption on the premises. Venues must hold the appropriate state and local registration.
Sales are restricted to guests 21 and older. Valid, government-issued ID is required at point of sale.
