High Rollers opened on South Indiana Avenue in July 2025 as one of the first three legal cannabis consumption lounges in New Jersey — and the biggest of the two now operating within a couple of blocks of the Atlantic City boardwalk.
The retail dispensary occupies the ground floor and the consumption lounge sits upstairs: an upscale, low-lit hang with TVs (World Cup, football, whatever’s on), music, and a supply of house bubblers, hookahs, and other apparatus the staff will happily set up. New Jersey rules keep food and drink off the lounge menu, but guests can bring in sealed non-alcoholic beverages and consume anything purchased downstairs that day.
Weekend hours run until midnight, which is later than most NJ lounges and pairs well with a boardwalk night. The staff is a repeat call-out in reviews for handling first-time visitors without any pressure.
