Infused drinks and edibles served in lounges follow New Mexico's adult-use limits — commonly 10 mg of THC per serving and 100 mg per package. Public possession caps are 2 oz of flower, 16 g of concentrate, and 800 mg of infused edibles.
Consumption is legal only inside a licensed consumption area or on private property with the owner's permission. Public use — sidewalks, parks, restaurant patios, vehicles — carries a $50 fine.
